Up until this year, I would have given them 5 stars. Their quality of work is excellent, and they stand by their products. But they have fallen down on their customer service. I had to call numerous times to get them to finally swap out a defective door, and was told they’d get back to me right away, but never did. Hopefully, they can work on that.
This is the second time I used All American Door to replace old or failing windows at my home. Greg and his team are courteous and professional. I had two corner windows that were heavily damaged by weather and the insulation was popping out. I also didn’t like the metal post connecting the two windows on the outside. The crew at All American replaced the windows and put stucco to match the rest of the house. It looks and functions so much better than before. I would highly recommend them.
I have had a nightmare trying to order a small set of 50-inch wide French exterior doors with panes in the glass in Southern California. I ordered them from Home Depot, and after 3 months, they called & said the doors I ordered were discontinued.Then, I tried other places that said they could not get them that small. Atlantis answered the phone @ All American Doors and was extremely patient and helpful finding a company that could get my doors exactly as I wanted. She kept me up to date on when they would be in and emailed me all information about the doors. I am so happy I found a business that knows how to treat their customers with respect and consideration for their wishes. A family owned business that treats the customers as family.
By far the most professional team that I’ve ever worked with. Dave and the rest showed up exactly when they said they would and put in the extra work to make sure that the project stayed on track and that my wife and I were happy with every detail. If you’ve been disappointed with other contractors in the past, these guys will restore your faith in the industry!
A great job. Reasonably priced, on time, excellent work. We would highly recommend them for any door installation. We will definitely use them again when we do other door projects.

Very pleasant folks to work with. If you have any questions, Greg is the man to go to. He happily answered and got back to me quotes the same day. The guys that came to install the sliding door were professional, friendly, and all around good people. They took their time and made sure they cleaned up every time some spillage of random things came off the wall while they removed and added the old and new sliding doors, respectively. Definitely not disappointed with the 5 star ratings that led me to All American Door through Yelp. Greg was very helpful and up front with the entire process from selection to ordering, from installation to clean-up for replacement windows! The installation crew led by Jeremy was professional, on time, considerate, courteous, respectful, and when they were done — yes they cleaned up! I did new construction installation and do not regret it — the windows look like they were part of the original construction! The touch up required by me is nothing compared to delivered product and well worth my effort to match existing colors of my home. I certainly would recommend All American Door – and use them again, but Milgard offers lifetime warranty! A real plus. Thank you Greg and Jeremy!
